Accepted Answer

Posting a standard advert is free. You only pay for optional extras such as a listing boost, an independent inspection or a dealer plan, all payable by mobile money in Ghana Cedis.

Why do I have to verify my phone number?

Accepted Answer

Verification by one-time code proves your number is real and reachable. It protects buyers from fake adverts and gives your listing a verified badge, which gets far more inquiries.

Question 3

How does the AI price verdict work?

Accepted Answer

We compare your car's make, model, year, mileage and region against similar cars advertised across Ghana and label the price as a great deal, fair, or above market. It is an estimate, not a valuation certificate.

Question 4

How do I avoid scams when buying?

Always inspect the car in person in a public place during daylight, check the DVLA registration and customs documents against the seller's ID, and never transfer the full amount before seeing the vehicle. Report anything suspicious with the report button on the advert.

Question 5

Someone is using my photos on their advert. What do I do?

Accepted Answer

Open the advert, tap Report this advert, choose 'Photos taken from another advert' and tell us where the originals are. Our moderation team reviews reports and can pause the listing.

Can I sell as a dealership?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose 'Dealer' during onboarding to add your business name, and use a dealer plan for higher listing limits and priority placement.

Question 7

How do saved searches and alerts work?

Accepted Answer

Save a search with your region, make and budget, and Vehiza notifies you when a matching car is posted or drops in price. You can switch notifications off per search, or all at once, from the Alerts page.

How do I delete my account and data?

Contact support from this page and we will delete your account, adverts and personal data in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).
