Vehiza is an online marketplace operating in Ghana that connects private sellers and dealers with car buyers. Vehiza is not a party to any sale. We do not own, inspect, warrant or take possession of the vehicles advertised on the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate contact details and verify your phone or WhatsApp number by one-time code before publishing an advert. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

Every advert must describe a real vehicle that you have the right to sell. You must not:

• post photos of a car you do not own or that belong to another advert;
• misstate mileage, accident history, year of manufacture or duty status;
• advertise a price you do not intend to honour;
• duplicate the same vehicle across multiple adverts;
• list stolen, seized or improperly imported vehicles.

We may pause, edit or remove any advert, and suspend any account, where we reasonably believe these standards have been breached.

Inspect any vehicle in person before paying. Meet in a public place during daylight, confirm the seller's identity and documents (DVLA registration, roadworthy certificate, customs papers) and never send full payment before you have seen the car.

Paid services such as listing boosts, inspection bookings, dealer plans and reservation deposits are charged in Ghana Cedis through mobile money. Network charges and any applicable E-Levy are shown before you confirm. Boost and plan fees are non-refundable once the service has started. Reservation deposits are held under the terms shown at checkout.

Price verdicts, valuations, advert copy and assistant replies are generated automatically and are estimates only. They are not professional advice, a valuation certificate, or a guarantee of a vehicle's condition or worth.

No fraud, harassment, spam, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to access other users' data. Reported accounts are reviewed by our moderation team and may be removed without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Vehiza is not liable for losses arising from a transaction between users, including misrepresentation by a seller, defects in a vehicle, or failure to complete a sale.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, and the courts of Ghana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
